Thai Otoshi in depth

Sensei Andy Hung provided an amazing instructional about the thai otoshi. First he is going over propper footwork followed by propper gripping and movement of the lead arm. Then he is going over incorporating yourwhole body. You get classaics wirh great detail. Transitions from and to Thai otoshi are covered with great detai too. The ne-waza part is very precise too. His teaching is simple and on point as used to be!

Good way to start Tai Otoshi

Andy Hung teaches his techniques online very good. He most likely done Judo competitions for this. For someone new to Tai Otoshi, this is a good start to develop.

Tai Otoshi by Andy Hung

Great video, easy to learn from. Andy started with the basic concepts and then built his instruction from there. It was a great balance of reinforcing correct movement and warning against common mistakes. This instructional video helped me improve my Tai Otoshi. I hope you offer some more great videos from Andy Hung in the near future!
