Yoko tomoe nage and sumi gaeshi with follow ups
Sensei David Moura shares his super deep knowledge about getting underneth your opponent. He shows how to spiral yourself under your opponent and put your opponent on his/her back. He also offers solid follow ups from standing and from the knees/ground. Highly recommend!!

Really impressed
I'm really impressed with the simple but effective details, that David Moura showed here. The really good thing is that you can adapt those to Judo or Bjj, and since i practice both i really enjoyed it. I was surprised to see the uses of butterfly and half guard, alongside with the use of the kimura with extremely good details and good explanation. You won't regret it.
