Sensei Satoshi Ishii shares his deep knowledge of you to biult up powerful techniques and judo by first focusing on how to grip, pull and step properly and then when to step and throw. He has a very strong focus on control to even after the throw. He points out what to do and what to avoid explaining the consequences and benefits. Highly recommend!!
