Great! A new entry method to experiment with. 1st class I tried it in hit it a couple times ! Clear instructions with just the details to complete move effectively without over complicating it.
Beauty of Crossing & Spinning Steps to Attack
This was a short video, but it was well done. The explanation of footwork was sufficient to understand the concepts he was teaching. All of the throws were well executed. Time was used efficiently without a lot of filler. I have several of Israel Hernandez’s videos and I have been happy with all of them.
