Efficient Combinations
Sensei Aram Grigorian offers throws from traditional grips as well as shoulder grips and out of overhook and whizzer as well as underhooks. So you get efficiency out of every grip. Same side and opposite side. He also uses throws to break grips and set up major attacks! Highly recommend!!

One of the best DVDs I have in my personal collection ( and I have a lot )
This is by far my favorite Judo DVD. Been following Aram for a while in his competitions and now he is teaching really close to my house ( lucky me ) I will soon join his gym. If you want a battery of high percentage throws not only for your Judo also for your BJJ, this DVD is a must.
