Comprehensive Judo Gameplan well explained with all style releated key details

Sensei Jeong-Hwan An offers a deep insight into to key details of the korean/asian style of judo. They uses the arms and Hands as a spacemaker to get their hips into to pocket of their opponents hips. They also focus a lot of keeping their wrists mobile so that they are able to twist or bend their wrists at any time to move the kimono and then stiffen their wrists when it comes to push or pull the opponent. This approach is the same when it comes to get to ne waza via tachi waza entries. So their speed comes out of proper gripping and positioning. Highly recommend!
