Everyone's essentials
I started judo late(when I was 23) and didn't want to skip steps in my progress, but also wanted to progress as fast as possible. This instructional really helped me because it makes solid base for judokas in terms of ne-waza and transition from stand-up to the ground fight. Nice job!
