Great Ideas!

There's some really great games in here. I love how many of them build on themselves to create more complex movement and understanding of concepts. Some are great for kids of all ages, Some for older kids, Most are great for classes, and depending how your academy is structured, some are better suited for a games night or summer camp/ P.A. Day type of events. Worth buying.

Fun and effective way to improve your kids techniques

I noticed a big difference in my kids' movements after just a couple of days doing just the first four games. They both enjoyed doing them and it was not difficult to get them to participate.

For Kids AND Adults ;)

Sensei Mat D'Aquino created a compilation of grappling games which are covering four main aspects. General athleticism. Grappling based moves. Moves for balance and feeling out your training partner. Strategic/fainting aspects within ths this games. He always points out the direct correlation to judo/grappling and what are the main ponts of safety and efficiency. Highly recommend!!
