    Exactly what I wanted

I come from a mixed backround but I'm new to judo, the rules, culture, and needed an overview. This does all of that saving me lots of mat time where i would be asking many questions each week. If you are brand new to judo this is one of the best starts you can get and will take the stress out of figuring everything out
